Capabilities
CNC Machining Services
Milling, turning, finishing, and material expertise under one roof — engineered to hit your tolerances and your timeline.
CNC Milling
From simple plates to complex 5-axis geometries, our milling cells produce accurate, repeatable parts in metals and plastics. We handle tight-tolerance bores, thin walls, and sculpted surfaces that lower-end shops avoid.
- 3-, 4-, and full 5-axis milling
- Work envelope up to 1000 × 500 × 500 mm
- Pockets, slots, thin walls, and 3D contours
- Standard tolerance ISO 2768-m; tighter on request
CNC Turning
For round and symmetric parts, turning is faster and more cost-effective. With live tooling we machine off-axis features in a single setup, improving accuracy and reducing handling.
- CNC turning with live tooling (mill-turn)
- Diameters up to Ø320 mm, lengths up to 600 mm
- Threading, knurling, grooving, cross-holes
- Concentricity and runout control for shafts
Surface Finishing
The right finish protects your part and makes it look the part. We manage finishing in-house and through audited partners.
