Quality

Quality you can verify, not just promise

Worried about overseas quality? So were our customers — until they saw the documentation. Here's exactly how we keep your parts in spec.

Our process, step by step

Quality isn't a final inspection — it's a chain of checks from the moment your drawing arrives to the moment parts ship.

01

Drawing & DFM review

Before quoting, a mechanical engineer reviews your drawing or 3D model for manufacturability. We flag tight tolerances, risky features, and material choices — and suggest changes that cut cost or risk without changing function.

02

First article & sampling

We machine a first article and inspect it against your drawing. You receive a dimensional report (and photos) for approval before we commit to the full batch — so surprises are caught early, not after production.

03

Production monitoring

During the run, critical dimensions are checked at set intervals with calibrated gauges and CMM. We keep the process centered and document the results, batch by batch.

04

Final inspection & shipping

Every shipment goes through final inspection, deburring, and cleaning. We include the inspection report and any required certificates, then pack parts to arrive undamaged.

Inspection equipment

  • CMM (coordinate measuring machine) for dimensional verification
  • Calibrated micrometers, calipers, height & bore gauges
  • Surface roughness tester (Ra)
  • Thread and gauge pin sets
  • Hardness testing on request

Documentation you receive

  • Dimensional inspection reports
  • Material certificates & mill test reports
  • Certificate of conformance (CoC)
  • First article inspection report (FAIR / AS9102 on request)
  • RoHS / REACH declarations where applicable

The difference: an engineer is accountable for your part

We're not a trading desk forwarding your files to an unknown shop. A mechanical engineer owns your project end to end — reviewing the drawing, catching issues, and signing off on the parts. That single point of accountability is what keeps quality consistent, batch after batch.

See the quality for yourself

Start with a sample order. We'll send the inspection report so you can judge the parts before scaling up.
